And we are off

Well finally I am on my way. It seems like a long time sense I bought my tickets. Will board in about 45 minutes. Should have enough miles on the way back to fly 1^st class and if I do I will be flying in the good seats. Ok I did pay extra for extra legroom and the front in economy. Don’t have much time to make my connecting flight in Denver. Ok that’s my story and I am sticking to it.

The flight getting into Sioux Falls was a good half hour late that ate up any extra time I had in Denver. Thank goodness the gate I needed was a across from the I got off at. Called Jen to tell her we were in the same state. Didn’t get to talk to her very long as the flight boarded less the 5 minutes after I got there. And pare for the course that flight was late leaving Denver. But we got into Portland 3 minutes late, not the 20 minutes they said we were going to be. Harry and Nancy seen the plane landing as they were just getting to the airport.

About economy plus seats they are nice having that extra legroom and that section is not full both flights I sat at the window and the middle seat was empty. And both ladies that sat in the aisle didn’t want to talk. And that was good as the two guys behind us on the flight from Denver to Portland never shut their mouths. They didn’t take time to breath. It was not like they were friends they just met. One kept bad mouthing tree huggers that we were all just a bunch flakes and crazy. I almost turned around and told him that I as a tree hugger was not a flake nor crazy. He was the flake and was crazy. But I was good.

Had a great time with Harry and Nancy. Pick my car up on Thursday. Got a Chevy Cobalt. It is a funny little car to drive. More on that latter.
